The app use third party services for social login like Google and Apple Login that collect information used to identify you. We capture User email and Name from social login if user has chosen it to be disclosed while performing a social login.

    • Drivers: Location data is continuously accessed to enable passengers to see where the driver is during the booking and trip.

    Includes names, contact details, and payment information (if applicable).

    We collect information such as device type, operating system, and app usage patterns for troubleshooting and improving the app experience.

  • To provide seamless e-hailing services by ensuring accurate pickup and drop-off locations.

  • To improve the app’s functionality and offer real-time tracking during rides.

  • To ensure rider and driver safety during transactions.

  • With Riders: Driver location data is shared with riders during the trip.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

DELETE ACCOUNT

User can remove all their data from the system by deleting the account from profile page in mobile app.

Once you delete your account:

  • All your data will be purged from the system. Your profile image, email, phone number, social logins including Google login and all booking history, everything will be permanently removed.

  • Deleted user data and account are irrecoverable.


POPI Disclaimer

We respect your right to privacy and therefore aim to ensure that we comply with the legal requirement of the

POPI Act which regulates the manner in which we collect, process, store, share and destroy any personal

information which you have provided to us.

Why we collect Personal Information:

We collect personal information in order to liaise with you telephonically, via our website or email so that we may:

Background Location Permission

In order to provide seamless e-hailing services and ensure a smooth experience for both riders and drivers, our app requires drivers to enable background location access to “Always On”. This permission is necessary for the following reasons:

  1. Real-Time Location Tracking for Riders:
    The app uses your background location to display your real-time location to riders when they book a taxi. This enables accurate pickup points and ensures riders can view the location of available drivers nearby.

  2. Driver Availability:
    Background location access ensures that drivers remain visible on the platform even when the app is running in the background. This allows riders to book rides with confidence, knowing that drivers are available when needed.

  3. Seamless Operations:
    Continuous location updates help optimize routing, reduce waiting times, and improve the overall efficiency of the service.

By enabling “Always On” background location, drivers play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and reliability of the platform. If this setting is turned off or restricted, the app may not function as intended, leading to disruptions in service.
